Minimum 25% of the total to confirm the reservation, and 100% to the date of arrival.

Cancellations: 100% advanced if returned before 60 days of the expected date of arrival. We reserve the possibility of staying the payment and signal if the annulment occurs in the last 60 days if the house is not occupied. Nothing will be returned in case of no show.

Tickets are considered from 5 pm, and departures before 8 pm. However, variations can be made according to the needs of the Customers.
